This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When entering a new requisition/PO for need by date in
future and with a different currency (need rate), it has a TAX
calculation issue. The ZX_API_PUB.determine_recovery is returning
with status E. As a result, the PO_TAX_INTERFACE_PVT.calculate_tax
is also returning with status E and the Tax calculation is failing.
