On 188.8.131.52 in Production:
When attempting to interface a specific trip stop to OM and/or Inventory, the following error occurs:
Issue error message
error in split_line User-Defined Exception
Error msg: Your change invalidates the Customer Item Number on the Line.
fnd_api.g_exc_error exception has occurred.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management super user
3. Run interface trip stop for stop id <problematic trip stop id>
4. Concurrent request ends with warning
5. Review ITS debug file, see above errors.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot interface this delivery to Inventory. This creates pending shipping transactions, which will prevent closure of the current accounting period.
