ConcurrentProgram:REQIMPORT - Requisition Import
Symptoms
Requisition Import not converting quantity to the source document UOM quantity.
For exampl, 12 each gets imported as 12 Dozen.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for an inventory item with UOM Dozen.
2. Setup sourcing to source the price from BPA.

3. Populate requisition interface to import the same item with 12 Each quantity.
4. Run Requisition Import concurrent program.
5. See that imported requisition is created as 12 Dozen.
