R12 iProcurement Catalog Does Not Reflect Category Change On A BPA Line (Doc ID 566714.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12:
If one changes the category on a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) line, this does not get reflected in iProcurement when searching for the item.

Expected Behavior:
Expect to see the changed category details.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Blanket Purchase Agreement
2. Add two lines for one time items and select the categories that have been mapped to shopping
category from iProcurement.
3. Approve the BPA.
4. Change responsibility to iProcurement and search for those items and see the details.
5. Query the BPA again using core Purchasing responsibility and change one of the categories and approve again.
6. Change responsibility to iProcurement and search for the same item(s). See that the shopping category details are still the same.
