Symptoms
[ 1 ]
In Service Request - Tasks Tab:
After creating a Task, seeded Note Types keep appearing in the Note Type LOV for the Task Note.
[ 2 ]
In Service HTML,
These seeded note types still appear in the LOV even though there is no mapping defined for them in the Note Type mapping form.
Steps To Reproduce:
[ 1 ]
(R) Service

- Select the Note Type LOV
[ 2 ]

- Navigate into a service request
- Open the Note Type LOV
=> The LOV displays more Note Types than the ones mapped to the source.
What is Working:
Note Type LOV works fine in Service Request - Workbench Tab > Notes region.
