Cannot Find Entry Point To Getlogicaldrivestrings In Kernel32.Dll (Doc ID 567352.1)

While doing the sync in Sales Offline, the below error is found on few of the users' machines

Run-time error : '453'
Can't find entry point to GetLogicalDriveStrings in kernel32.dll

However it is known that using Winzip 9.0 for Sales Offline is mandate.

So, could any other compression software provided in Windows XP or WinRar be used for this purpose?

Steps to Reproduce

Download Sales Offline > Unzip > Open SalesOffline.xls > click on Sync
