APEXP Expense Report Workflow
Error: OIE_CC_DIR_MANAGER No Performer

Goal

When an employee is trying to submit an expense report, the workflow keeps ending in error. The error in the workflow is:

3120: Activity 'APEXP/180346' has no performer
Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(APEXP, 32036, 180346, APEXP:OIE_CC_DIR_MANAGER)
Wf_Engine_Util.Notification(APEXP, 32036, 180346, RUN)


This problem occurs when the employees direct manager is set up in HR as a contingent worker.
