Symptoms

When attempting to end date a step,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-PER-289570: There was a problem deleting a corresponding option in plan for Benefit. Please
contact your support representative quoting error

You cannot perform a delete operation when child rows exist

Cause: You are dong a delete operation where dependent child rows exist for
ben_elig_per_elctbl_chc.

Action: Delete the dependent child rows in ben_elig_per_elctbl_chc before attempting to delete
this row.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US Super HRMS Manager
2. Work Structures>Grade>Grade Steps and Points
3. Date track >Query grade and click on step
4. Attempt to end date step >red x>Yes>End Date
