Internal Server Error When Accessing Incentive Compensation Responsibility/Menu (Doc ID 568019.1)

The instance is a new setup, log in into the application with no problem, but when trying to open one of the Oracle Incentive Compensation responsibilities/menus/pages get the error

Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, you@your.address and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the
error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Customer has multi node instance, 3 nodes (each run Forms/Apache/Web), 1 node works fine but the other 2 experience the problem.
