RACUST - Customer Interface


Symptoms

When attempting to run Customer Interface in R12 instance, the following error occurs in the Customer Interface Transfer Report:

ERROR
Customer record for insert must have validated profile record defined in the RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INTERFACE table.

If inserting the data into RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INTERFACE table, then the following error is received:


Error: ORA-28115
Text: policy with check option violation
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cause: Policy predicate was evaluated to FALSE with the updated values.
