Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When using attachments in iStore, profile Upload File Size Limit is not used.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Change profile Upload File Size Limit to 2000000
2. Add attachment in iStore of size 3000000
3. No errors are received.
