PNTLEASE

Symptoms

On PN.M when changing the End Date of the lease (Early termination)and try to allocate the same office to another customer, the system does not update Expiration Date in Locations Tabbed Region of Lease, nether in the Space Assign.

If we try to assign the same local, in future date, to another customer we are prompted with the following message:
"APP-PN-49689: This location is Assigned to another lease for an overlapping time period.

There are locked area class details corresponding to the customer assignment for this tenancy. You cannot update the tenancy with the actual occupancy date and/or expiration date you entered, because it will delete the customer assignment. Please specify different dates."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect value to be changed in Expiration Date in Locations tabbed region of Lease, and in the Space Assign so when the same location is assigned to a new lease the error to be avoided.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lease amendment to update Termination Date and Status from active to terminate.
Navigator>Leases and Documents>Main Leases>Enter Leases and Documents> Amend
2. Save the lease amendment to terminate a lease early
3. Check the Locations tab region in Leases and Documents form for the lease in question. It is unchanged.
Changing the Expiration Date in Locations it is not possible because will delete the customer assignment.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
" when the customer need to create new contracts for the locals used at old contracts, the
attribute percentage will be 0 (zero), affecting the recover processes related to these new
contracts."
