Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
If a search is performed on a store containing local and transparent punchout catalogs then some time Stale Data error is thrown. The following error occurs:

ERROR
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
\nCause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
\nAction: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for an item and see the items returned.
2. Do another search for a different item on the same page and see records returned.
3. Do a further search on the same page and see the stale data error.
