Symptoms

Trying to access the collections checklist and receiving the following errors:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.iex.admin
Missing class: oracle.apps.iex.core.server.IEXApplicationModuleImpl

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.iex.admin.task.server.IexTaskGeneralAM'.

JBO-30003: The application pool (nj01mhe5004a.mhe.mhcDEV51524oracle.apps.iex.admin.task.server.IexTaskGeneralAM) failed to
checkout an application module due to the following exception:

oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException,
msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.classloader.util.AnnotatedNoClassDefFoundError, msg=
