Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2/9i/Windows, cloning a single node to single node on the separate machine successfully, Login to Apps on Cloned environment, OK.

Perfomring the Phase 2 on Clone environment by upgrading the RDBMS/DB from 9i to 10g 
and 8.06 Listener failed to Start, as it is still looking at the old 9i directory PATH.
