How to Change The Default Account Type? (Doc ID 577983.1)

Goal

When adding a segment value, the default Account Type is "Expense". 

It is an easy mistake to leave it as Expense because the Account Type entry is hidden in a "Segment Qualifiers" popup window.

Is it possible to change the setup to not populate a default account type? It would be nice if you were forced to choose an account type so you do not accidentally get stuck with "Expense".
