Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
After clicking the Edit Requisition link in an email notification for requisition requires
approval, the user gets a blank login page with an insufficient privileges error displayed.
ERROR
You have insufficient privileges for the current operation
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a requisition and submit the requisition for approval
2. As approver, check email and view the notification for requisition requires approval
3. Click the Edit Requisition link in the email notification
- get the error and see a login prompt.
-- Business Impact:
Users are confused by the 'insufficient privileges' error. It misleads them to think they are not
allowed to access the requisition.
