How to Have a Party Created in Telesales Visible in the Customer Standard Form in Receivables. (Doc ID 578414.1)

When a Party is created in the eBusiness Center this is not visible in the Receivables Customer Standard form or in Order Management to create an order.  How can this be accomplished?
