Goal

Q1: How to add a new value to the list of values (LOV) for the contact job title in Oracle Customers Online (OCO)?

Navigation:

-Oracle Customers Online Superuser, Customers tab
-Query a customer
-Click on Relationships > Contacts link on the left hand side
-Click on 'Go' to create a contact
-In the Create Contact page, click to open the Job Title Code list of values


Q2: Why the seeded contact job title of quickcode Type = RESPONSIBILITY can not be disabled ? How to disable the seeded job title value defined in that look up code?

Q3: Is there any risk to modify the Meaning of the seeded job title value in look up code Type = RESPONSIBILITY ?
