Symptoms
When attempting enter sales order , the following error occurs
Error
ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_HEADERS_U1) violated in Package OE_Header_Util Procedure Insert_Row
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will for a new sales order with following steps below
1. Go to Order Management Responsibility>Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
2. Enter Sales Order Header and try to Save or go to Lines tab
3. Above mentioned error displayed on the form
