Symptoms
Query-By-Example does not work after applying forms patchset 6.0.8.23.2 nor does it work in R12.
:a and & ( ampersand ) does not open Query/Where Window.
Tried changing the parameter S_FORMS_RESTRICT_ENTER_QUERY=false and running autoconfig but this did not help.

Does not work after applying forms patchset 6.0.8.23.2 or with a fresh install R12.
