Customer Form, Party Site Issue: Party Site Information Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) Is Not Visible On Customers Overview Screen (Doc ID 578842.1)

The Party Site Information Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is not visible in Customers screen.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Configure Party Site Information descriptive flexfield (DFF)
    Responsibility: System Administrator
    Navigation: Application > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segments

    a. Query Title = Party Site Information
    b. Uncheck Freeze flexfield definition checkbox so you can create segments
    c. Click on Segments button and Define the segments you need for this flexfield
    d. Check the Freeze flexfield definition checkbox to compile the DFF
  2. Create a new customer
    Responsibility: Receivables Manager
    Navigation: Customers > Customers

    a. Click on the Create Button
    b. Click on About this Page on the lower left corner
    c. All DFFs are listed under Flexfield References, Click on Show all Details to expand
    d. Note that there is no listing for PartySiteInformation which you just defined.
