Calculation Process Errors With ORA-04061, ORA-04065, ORA-06512, ORA-06502

Purpose
Calculation sometimes runs and errors with the error messages mentioned below. Re-running calculation resolves the error. The packages that show up as invalid in the process log actually are valid when checked at the database level.
Errors commonly seen are:
