Symptoms
In E-Business Suite when you choose
Tools > Copy File
Instead of having the output or log in a browser, application is trying to open a file called
FNDWRR: said: do you want to save this file on line or to open :
NAME: fndwrr
Type: 1.02MB
Find,,save, cancel
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Tools copy should work and open a report in the IE format.
STEPS
1) Cick on View Log/View Request button from any request
2) Then send the Output or Log to a browser through Tools > Copy File
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot copy the output/log file to a IE format
