FUNRCNRPT - Intercompany Reconciliation Data Extract Program

Symptoms

Budgetary Control Results shows junk data. This may occur in any Html page allowing funds check results review; for example, even though while raising an Encumbrance Purchase order, Check Funds shows the proper warning for advisory & absolute, results show junk data. Same issue in GL> Journals> Find > Open a journal that has passed funds> click on 'View results' button and AGIS Intercompany Reconciliation report.

Current funds available: -100u800n00

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approve Purchase order
2. Get a Budget Detail box
3. Press 'View Results'
4. Get Html page with Junk data
