FNDCPPUR Program Deletes Files From Database, Not From File System (Doc ID 579736.1)

Symptoms

Run the concurrent program "Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data" with parameters:

-Entity: All
-Mode: Age
-Mode Value: 10
-User Name: <null>
-Report : Yes
-Purge Other: Yes

When the program is run with a null value for the "User Name", then files are deleted from the database only. Files on the file system are not removed.

If the "User Name" parameter is not null, then the program runs successfully

Changes

1. Upgraded from 11.5.4 to 11.5.10.2

2. Applied ATG.H.RUP4 and AD.I.4
