Why Does The Contract Renewal Process Fail? (Doc ID 580286.1)

After 11.5.10 upgrade from 11.5.8, Contract renewal process fails.
The Date assembler program shows the contracts that should be renewed, but no new contract has
been generated.

Workaround is to manually renew the contracts.
