Updates To Blanket Purchase Agreements/Quotation Are Not Reflected In iProcurement Catalog

Symptoms
Problem Statement:
After entering and approving a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), the initial BPA is displayed in
the iProcurement catalog, but when any changes are made to the BPA and it is re-approved, the
changes are not reflected in iProcurement.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create Blanket Purchase Agreement.
2. Enter multiple lines with appropriate pricing.
3. Save and approve the BPA.
4. Navigate to iProcurement and search on the items entered on the BPA.
Items are displayed.
5. Update the price on one of the BPA lines and re-approve.
6. Navigate back to iProcurement and search the item for which the price was changed.
The price is still the initial one.
Other scenario is where a new line is added to the BPA, and the new line does not show up in iP.
