Goal
How does one setup two Fuel Surcharges $0.02/LB Ship To's West_X zone and $ 0.005/LB Ship To's East_X zone and does not have
the shipment freight term set as 'Customer Pickup'? Need for the charge to print as a
separate line on the invoice on each invoice for all customers.
No separate order types for East_X / West_X zones.
Several hundred if not thousands of Ship To location on either side of the
zones
Trade Management is NOT installed
Surcharge will be charged on applicable sales order lines with applicable Ship
To's for US and Canadian customers.
Only certain order lines placed with US and Canadian Ship To addresses will be
classified East_X or West_X for Fuel Surcharge purposes.
Certain order lines will not have the Fuel Surcharge.
For the Customer definition, it may contain one ship to for East_X and
another ship to for West_X so Customer class will not work.
Freight term is present in shipping not in order management on the order line/header.
