EXECUTABLE:ASG_APPLY - Processes Uploaded Mobile Data

A mobile user created a task on his mobile field service device (pocketpc). After saving the task he synchronizes. The 'Processes Uploaded Mobile Data' concurrent program should pick up the task and create it in the backoffice - either as a standalone (personal) task or as a task under the service request the mobile user created it for. The task cannot be found though.

Instead, there is a deferred transaction created:

One error for the task assignment creation:
Publication Name:: SERVICEP
Publication item Name: CSM_TASK_ASSIGNMENTS
Error Description: Error Msg: Task <tasknumber> is invalid

And one for the task creation:
Publication Name:: SERVICEP
Publication item Name: CSM_TASKS
Error Description: Error Msg: Owner is invalid
