Symptoms
When running the Interaction History Data Purge concurrent program, the following error occurs in the concurrent request log :
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Request_Id,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Interaction History Data Purge
2. Use the following parameters
Party_ID, Start Date, End Date, Safe Mode=Yes and Active flag='N'
The error above is seen in the log file
