Disappearing Unsubscribe Tick Boxes (Doc ID 580545.1)

When you access the contact preferences page via a test email (where no personal data is merged into the email so preferences cannot actually be updated), all tick boxes are displayed ALL, CALL, EMAIL, FAX and MAIL.

However, if you access the contact preferences page through a link in an email sent to an individual member than not all tick boxes are necessarily displayed. In the test case that I used, only the ALL, CALL and MAIL tick boxes were displayed. It seems to be related to the fact that this member had previously had contact preferences for EMAIL and FAX which have been end dated and therefore these were not displayed.
