Symptoms

After applying 11i.IEX.H RUP 5 (6500218), the following .fmb files are invalid and error with the following when compiling:

iex forms/US IEXHIPRO.fmx
iex forms/US IEXHIOVW.fmx
iex forms/US IEXLSGEN.fmx
iex forms/US IEXRCALL.fmx

Compiling WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger on DETAIL item in IEXHIPRO_NOTES data block...
Compilation error on WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger on DETAIL item in IEXHIPRO_NOTES data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 1, column 18

Statement ignored
