On 12.0.4 in Production:
When attempting to run the Tax audit trail report (ZXXTATAT),
the following error occurs.

No data found

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Tax Managers
2. Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Execute the Tax audit trail report (ZXXTATAT)

No data found

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the report
