Internal Order When Import Display: No Workflow Has Assigned to This Transaction Type

Goal

On 11.5.10.2:
When attempting to import Internal orders for the first time in this instance,
the following error occurs in the Order Import corrections:

ERROR
No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type

ORA-20001: APP-MRP-22050: Date falls outside the boundaries of the workday calendar
Cause: The current date is outside the range of valid workdays. The date is either before the start of the workday calendar or after the end of the workday calendar.

Action: Extend the boundaries of your workday calendar. in Package
OE_ORDER_IMPORT_SPECIFIC_PVT Procedure Pre_Process.Req_Line_Id_derivation

You are able to enter a sales order manually and book it in the sales order form using same
order type used for Internal Orders and same item.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing responsibility
2. Entered Internal Req
3. Run request 'Create Internal Order'
4. Then switch to OM responsibility
5. Run 'Create Internal Order'
6. Import Orders > Check Corrections > Validate > Error
