Symptoms

When reprinting a customer statement, the following error is raised:
ORA-01403: NO DATA FOUND

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Print Documents > Statements

  1. Submit a request to print statements for a Statment Cycle
  2. After it completes submit a Reprint request, when you click on the Submit button the error is raised.
