FSG Autocopy Component No LOV When Using Full Wildcard Search with % (Doc ID 601837.1)

Symptoms

When creating FSG reports through Define Financial Report, select the Row Set & Column Set LOV's but no values are found while doing a wildcard search with %.  The same problem occurs with the Autocopy Report.

On the AutoCopy form (RGXAUCP), to Copy a Column Set, entering a single % in the LOV for the source
object to copy doesn't work.  The list is empty.  It works fine for all the objects except for Column Sets.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
- Navigate to Reports > Autocopy
- Choose Component = Column Set
- Click the LOV for Source
- Enter a single % in the Find field
- click the Find button.
The field gets blank, LOV gets empty and the Find button is grayed.
