Termination for Usage Lines Fails In AutoInvoice With 'Error calling raapic()'

Symptoms
On terminating a usage line that is priced based on a unit price, AutoInvoice fails with the error message below.
Error:
No completion options were requested.
Error calling raapic()
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an entry in a price list for the usage item with these values:
Line Type = Price List Line
Application Method = Unit Price.
Value = desired value
2. Navigate to Launch Contracts. Create a contract with a usage line.
3. Approve and sign the contract.
4. Run Main Billing to generate an invoice.
5. Run AutoInvoice.
6. Terminate the contract line or subline.
- Accept the default value if it is non-zero. Set it to a non-zero value if it is populated.
7. Run Main Billing.
8. Run AutoInvoice. It fails with the error:
No completion options were requested.
