Goal

Where is the image attached to Smart Form displayed in iProcurement Non-Catalog request.

1. Create a Smart Form
2. Enter URL with gif to image in Image field
3. Assign Smart Form to "Non-Catalog Request Store" in iProcurement Catalog Admin
4. Go to Shop / Non-catalog Request
5. Select Request Type for the Smart Form
    Image is not displayed
