Automatic Launch Of Task Workflow Is Not Working (Doc ID 602628.1)

In Service Request - Tasks Tab:
When a Task is created with an Assignee (Employee Resource), a Notification should be triggered automatically. This is not happening.

As a workaround, users manually have to select the 'Launch Workflow' button on the Tasks tab.
