Symptoms

The Financials Intelligence request set DBI_MAX_EXPENSES gets the following error every time it is run:

BIS_MV_REFRESH module: BIS Materialized View Refresh Program
ORA-01001: invalid cursor
ORA-06512: at "<OWNER>.BIS_MV_REFRESH", line 253
ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

DBI Page title: Expenses by Manager under Daily Financial Intelligence Responsibility.

Last Step Completed Without Error:  Run Initial Load of Opportunity Log Tables Concurrent Program.

The issue can occur in any module. For example, it has been reported in the incremental load for Marketing Intelligence.
