Symptoms

When trying to open some Service Requests, users get the error following error:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.

Steps:

(R) Customer Support
(N) Service Requests -> Find Service Request
-or-
(N) Customer Management -> Contact Center

- Search By Service Request number
- Service Request cannot be displayed.
