Install the "Desktop Outlook Synchronization Client" (OracleWin32Client).

Use Sales agent responsibility but get following error:

ERROR
The ordinal 3212 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Install the client & click on "Oracle sales synchronization" link on outlook.
