Symptoms

A real test transaction run through the AME Test Workbench fails with the following error:

ERROR
An Invalid Setup has been detected for the current Transaction Type in Approvals Management. Please contact your System Administrator


The AME_EXCEPTIONS_LOG shows something like the following:

57,285.00 ame_api5 getAllApproversAndInsertions 31245 -28.00 100.00 ORA-01403: no data found
57,284.00  ame_engine  updateTransactionState  31245  -28.00  100.00  ORA-01403: no data found
57,283.00  ame_engine  fetchApplicableActions  31245  -28.00  100.00  ORA-01403: no data found
57,282.00  ame_engine  sortApplicableRules  31245  -28.00  100.00  ORA-01403: no data found
57,281.00  ame_engine  compareApplicableRules  31245  -28.00  100.00  ORA-01403: no data found
