Symptoms
Find that when setting the depreciate flag to Yes for an asset for the first time, the adjustment is not handled as amortized and depreciation catchup is calculated from the Date Placed in Service.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the amortization start date to be taken into account

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter an asset with depreciate flag=No
2. After some periods, enter an amortized adjustment to set the depreciate flag to Yes with an amortization start date in the current period
