Symptoms

When creating a Service Request, during the query for the list of Serial Numbers (for a particular Item or Customer) the query takes too long to complete.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
- Contact Center
- Select a Customer with only 6 items.
- Service Request Tab: Enter item
- In Serial Number LOV: 0000%
=> The query continued to run for over 20 minutes before producing results.
