Symptoms

A Sales Order is passed from EBS to OTM. OTM is configured to plan the order to go via a consolidation point. The configuration used (in OTM) results in 2 shipments being created, this is intentional.

1st - Source into Consolidation location.
2nd - Consolidation location to final Destination.

When the first shipment is sent back to EBS the Shipment is accepted. When the second shipment is sent back to EBS the Shipment results in an error:

Unexpected Error in WSH_OTM_INBOUND_GRP.initiate_planned_shipment API. Interface to WSH
ORA-01403: no data found
