R12: Account Derivation Rules Based On Balancing Segment Values Throw ORA-06512: at APPS.XLA_00435_TAD_C_0000000101_PKG (Doc ID 603079.1)

Goal

You have defined Mapping Sets as mentioned in the Advanced Global Intercompany System User guide; then attached the mapping set to the Account derivation rule and set up the Transaction Accounting Definition; when performing an AGIS transaction, the following error message is thrown:

1. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
Transaction Account Builder was unable to derive a default account because of the following database error: ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value ORA-06512: at "APPS.XLA_00435_TAD_C_0000000101_PKG", line 1897. The error occurred in the function
xla_00435_tad_c_0000000101_pkg.apply_adr_rules.

2 Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: A fatal error occurred in the function xla_00435_tad_c_0000000101_pkg.trans_account_def_online.

3. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: The Transaction Account Builder batch processing failed. The transaction account builder interface has been cleared Please check the messages above for further information. The error occurred in the function fun_xla_tab_pkg.run.

4. Transaction account builder could not derive a value for for the segment &SEGMENT_NAME.
Please update the account derivation rule &SEGMENT_RULE_NAME or the source values passed to the Transaction Account Builder.
