Cannot Add Item to Counter Template Or Counter Group (Doc ID 603723.1)

Symptoms

Cannot find any Item to be added to Counter Group

1. Navigation:  Oracle Installed Base Agent User >> Item Instance >> Counter >> Grouping

2. Query up a Counter Template

3. Click on the 'Update' icon

4. Enter an Item Number to search.   The search returns no records.

5. The Item is set up in inventory as 'Installed Base Trackable'.
