Service Request: FRM-41052 Cannot Find Window: Invalid ID when Using Profile Drilldown (Doc ID 603816.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select links on the 'profile' window from the Service request form (or Contact Center)
the following error occurs:

FRM-41052: CANNOT FIND WINDOW: INVALID ID 

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select the Customer Support ;Responsibility.
  2. Query a Service Request
  3. Click on Profile button
  4. Double click on 'Open Tasks' option
  5. The error FRM-41052: CANNOT FIND WINDOW: INVALID ID is displayed
  6. This error occurs for some linke e.g. Open Tasks, Booked Orders, A/R Open Balance, On-Hold Tasks and Accepted Leads options
